RETURNS & REFUND
1. What is your return policy?
- In case of damaged / defective / incorrect item(s), you can return it and get a full refund. Also, the shipping cost is on us if the return is caused by a manufacturing fault.
To avoid unnecessary and potentially costly return shipping, please contact us before returning an item(s). There are special circumstances that may limit our ability to accept or process a return from an international location. However, we will do our best to accommodate your return request.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via [email protected] if item(s) are damaged/defective/incorrect. If such item(s) are not reported in a timely fashion, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Please note that we are not responsible for returns until they reach our warehouse in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
- Evaluation Returns process can take up to 5 business days after receiving your item(s) at our warehouse.
- Item(s) returned will be refunded in the amount of the item(s) total (i.e. discounted item(s) will be refunded in the discounted value), for item(s) received at a value of $0 (i.e. Buy 1 Get 1 FREE deals.). Neural Clothing will not reimburse more than what the item's total value is.
- Neural Clothing does not allow for returns in the case of incorrect sizing or a change of mind. Please make use of our size guide. We always do our best to provide the most accurate color on our website, but please be aware that device display screens can alter colors slightly.
- Return item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, makeup, and deodorant.
- Item(s) must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number as we are not liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in-transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery, Neural Clothing reserve the right to refuse the refund.
2. Are delivery charges refundable?
Original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
3. How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
All refunds are processed into your original payment method. Refund process might take 5-10 business days upon package arrival to our return department and reflect on the bank statement.
4. How do I exchange an item I purchased online?
Neural Clothing cannot offer exchanges for returned item(s). We suggest you return the item(s) you wish to exchange for a refund using the applicable conditions and guidelines listed in our Return Policy and place a new order on NeuralClothing.com. Please note new orders are subject to availability.
5. How can I return a product I purchased?
Returns may be made by mail. Item(s) must be returned in accordance with the Return Policy requirements within 7 days to the Neural Clothing’s return address.
Please follow the return instructions below:
- Pack the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
- Print and include the invoice received in your shipping confirmation email.
- Note the item(s) you are returning along with the reason for return.
Please note Neural Clothing will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled, or damaged prior to acceptance by Neural Clothing.
