Orders and Payment


1. What forms of payment do you accept?

Neural Clothing accepts the following forms of payment for online purchases:   

(a) Visa (via Stripe)

(b) Mastercard (via Stripe)

(c) FPX (via Stripe)

(d) Paypal 


When placing an order, your billing address must match the information linked to your payment method, or we will not be able to process your order. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank or financial institution for assistance. 


All transactions are secured. The Neural Clothing website is provided with an SSL encryption system to protect personal and payment data.



2. Can I use multiple methods of payment?

At this time, we only accept one form of payment per order.



3. Will I be charged customs and import duty for my parcel?

Shipping fees paid during checkout do not include customs and import duties (duty delivered unpaid). Your parcel may be subjected to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes will be in accordance with local regulations.


If taxes and/or duties are incurred for your parcel, you will be responsible to cover the fees before delivery can proceed. If you refuse the parcel upon delivery or if the parcel is unclaimed, the fees incurred for the return of the parcel (duties, taxes, return fees) will be payable by you before re-delivery can be arranged.



4. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders for item(s) available for immediate purchase cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been placed. If you would like to return your item(s), please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY


1. How can I track my order status?

Once your item(s) have shipped you will receive a confirmation email where you will find tracking information to track your order. 



2. How do i know if my order shipped?

Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Once your order has been processed and is ready to leave our warehouse, you will receive another email with tracking information.


Please allow 7-10 business days handling time on all orders.



3. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates may vary based on the weight of your package and the location you would like package shipped to. 


Neural Clothing offers FREE standard shipping when you spend USD 130 and above.


Please note that discount is not valid on purchases of gift cards or e-gift cards, applicable taxes, shipping and handling charges. 



4. Can I ship internationally? Are there any delivery restrictions?

Yes, Neural Clothing ships internationally. Shipping rates and shipment time depend on the destination country. International Shipping requires passage through customs, which may cause the delay time of arrival.


International customers must pay applicable sales tax, duties and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. 


Duties, taxes and/or customs fees will be an additional amount collected upon delivery of your order. We are unable to provide you with the exact amount of the charges. Your order confirmation details only the amount collected by NeuralClothing.com. Please contact your local government for specific details.


The following delivery restrictions apply:

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hotels and freight forwarders. 
  • Item(s) can only be shipped to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location. 
  • All orders are subject to verification prior to processing and shipping.
  • We are required to complete a customs declaration with the retail value of the item(s) purchased, Neural Clothing cannot legally declare your order as a gift.
  • During the order verification step we may contact you by email to request additional information. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days after our attempted contact, that order will be canceled.



5. Can I modify my shipping address?

If you need to modify your shipping or delivery information after your order has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected]


Shipping information, including delivery address, cannot be modified once the order has already been shipped.


Please note, shipping and delivery information for orders purchased through PayPal may not be modified once the order has been submitted.
